New burger named for old owners of City View Tavern | Restaurants
CINCINNATI (FOX19) - In honor of the Lagemann family, who owned the City View Tavern from 1917 until 1985, and their German heritage, the tavern is announcing a new burger: The Lagemann.
They describe it as a juicy, hand-made beef patty topped with caramelized onion, Swiss cheese, and a horseradish based sauce, served on a rye bun. It is available at lunch only.
The City View Tavern is perched on the side of Mt. Adams at 403 Oregon Street. It is known in part for its hamburgers and its view of Downtown.
