CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Cincinnati Councilman P.G. Sittenfeld has started a neighborhood clean-up initiative he has named "P.G.’s Litter Patrol." The initiative is a monthly effort, in collaboration with a different community council, to clean up littered areas.

“It's important for us to get out of City Hall, roll up our sleeves, and get our hands dirty in order to help make a difference.” Sittenfeld said. "Many of the City’s problems have to be addressed in Council chambers, but there's no substitute for working with citizens and neighborhoods to have a direct impact on quality of life.”

Sittenfeld said he was inspired to form "P.G.'s Litter Patrol" by the neighborhood clean-up walks he has participated in with the East Price Hill community over the past several years.
