CLIFTON, OH (FOX19) - Kristi Michelle Heidi, a student in Cincinnati State’s paramedic program, has been awarded a scholarship valued at more than $4,500.

The scholarship is funded through money raised during the 2011inaugural Unsung Hero Award scholarship event.

The Unsung Hero Award was established by Cincinnati State to recognize individuals who in the course of their everyday job performance consistently exceed expectations, and do so out of the limelight.
