News

Along with everyone else in the city, the Cincinnati Park Board is gearing up for the World Choir Games, starting with Krohn Conservatory.

Officials announced plans on Thursday to better the experience for visitors while in town.

The Butterfly Show at Krohn Conservatory has been extended to July 15th.

For World Choir Games participants with a special pass, Cincinnati Metro will also offer free rides along Route 1, the route Krohn Conservatory and many other cultural destinations are on, during the Games.  For everyone else, the normal $1.75 rate applies.

Krohn will also have self-guided tours in sixteen different languages during the Games, including German, Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog (Philippines,) Arabic, Turkish and Hindi.

The first day of the Choir Games, also known as the 4th of July, Fifth Third Bank will sponsor 'The All American Birthday Party' featuring live music and Rozzi's fireworks on the Ohio River.
