Teen on trial for September murder | News
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)- A teenager will be on trial Monday for a September murder in Over the Rhine.
Damarco Dawson, 16, is charged with two counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated burglary. He is being tried as an adult and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Dawson is accused of killing Jawone Carr, 20, near Findlay Market on Sept. 9, 2011.
According to the indictment, Dawson robbed Carr before killing him. Dawson was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center on Jan. 9. A Hamilton County grand jury returned the indictment on Monday.
