SCPA students create banner for Sandy Hook
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)- Students at Cincinnati's School for Creative and Performing Arts are supporting the victims and families of the school shooting in Newtown, Conn.
The students created an 18-by-13 banner in support of Sandy Hook Elementary.
The banner was created by students from all grade levels at the K-12 arts school. It features hundreds of heartfelt messages and drawings on pastel pieces of fabric that were sewn together over winter break.
The banner, currently displayed at SCPA, will be sent to Newtown this weekend.
