Heart Mini Marathon Weekend schedule | Events

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Here is the schedule of events for the 34th Heart Mini Marathon happening this weekend. Events kick off Saturday, March 19 at the Dean Foods Health & Fitness Expo (Hall C) at Duke Energy Center from 11am-3pm. Visit 70 vendors offering: health screenings, fitness apparel sales, food sampling, health and fitness seminars, healthy family activities, test track.

11 am - 3:30 pm

The world's largest and most realistic inflatable heart will be on display at the Mercy Heart Mini Marathon Expo. The heart will be located at the Mercy Health Partners booth at the Expo, which will be held on Saturday, March 19 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Duke Energy Convention Center downtown.

'The Ameriheart' is a walk-through exhibit of the human heart that educates visitors on common heart diseases and anatomical features such as heart valves and chambers that are usually only found in medical textbooks. It is a fun and educational way to learn more about the heart and has been used at various events for students and for organizations promoting heart health.

Mercy Health Partners is proud to serve as the title sponsor of the American Heart Association's Mercy Heart Mini Marathon. Mercy is also showing it has a big heart by setting new records for the most participants (more than 1,700) and the most money raised (more than $136,000) by one organization in the 34-year history of the Heart Mini Marathon.
