Annual Holy Cross-Immaculata Fesitval in Mt. Adams | Events
MOUNT ADAMS, OH (FOX19) - The annual summer festival at Holy Cross-Immaculata Church will take place on Friday, August 3 and Saturday, August 4 from 5:30 p.m. to midnight each night.
Friday features happy hour until 7:00 p.m., a special pulled pork dinner and entertainment by the Modulators.
Saturday’s highlights include entertainment by Jack Speed and the Freddies, Dixie Cherrington’s famous chicken dinner and the unique reverse-raffle.
The festival also has an air-conditioned casino room, a Silent Auction and traditional festival games and a special Kids Alley, which will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on both nights for younger attendees.
Convenient parking is available at the Playhouse in the Park parking garage beginning at 5:30 p.m. each night. Shuttles will deliver visitors to the festival site every half-hour from 5:30 p.m. to midnight each night.
Festival proceeds support the operations for the Holy Cross-Immaculata Parish as well as outreach ministries and liturgical programs.
Guido Street, also known as David Crowley Way, will be closed to all vehicular traffic through Monday, August 5. There will be no parking permitted on Guido Street or in the Holy Cross-Immaculata parking lot during this time.
