OVER-THE-RHINE, OH (FOX19) - Washington Park will become unleashed on Sunday, July 29.
Vice Mayor Roxanne Qualls and Councilman Chris Seelbach will be on hand to kick off the Official Unleashing Ceremony in the brand new Dog Park, and there will be plenty of activities for dogs (and their owners).
Festivities from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. will include free dog license registration, free rabies shots and nail trims, puppy adoptions, a free performance from the Wild Mountain Berries.
