CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is presenting a series of specail programming that celebrates the heritage of African Americans from yesterday and today.

Here is a list of programs for this week:

Black Male Identity in the 21st Century
Wednesday February 6 at 6 pm (Harriet Tubman Theater)
Partners: Cincinnati Public Schools, University of Cincinnati
FREE admission

The Gravity of Black History & Culture
Thursday February 7 at 6 p.m. (Harriet Tubman Theater)
Partner: University of Cincinnati
FREE! admission

The Sky Film Festival
Saturday February 9, 2013,  11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Featured Films: Pray the Devil Back to Hell, A Powerful Noise, Why We Laugh, Reel Black Love, and more.
Bonus community cinema screening: The Powerbroker (This film follows Whitney Young's journey from segregated Kentucky to the national campaign for equal rights.)
Partner: Cincinnati Film Festival
FREE with NURFC admission ($12 adults, $10 seniors, $8 children)
