Cincinnati State hosting dinner honoring Montgomery Inn founders

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati State will host a Presidential Dinner honoring the Gregory family of Montgomery Inn fame.

The dinner on January 24, will double as a fund-raiser for the recently launched “1000{4}One Scholarship Fund” at Cincinnati State. The goal of the 1000{4}One campaign is to raise at least $4 million in scholarships for students at Cincinnati State over the next three years. 1000{4}One represents the goal of securing 1000 donations of $4,000 each. ($4,000 is the approximate cost of one year’s tuition for a full-time student pursuing an associate degree at the college.)

The dinner with Cincinnati State President O’dell M. Owens will begin at 6 p.m. in the Advanced Technology & Learning Center at Cincinnati State’s main campus in Clifton.

The dinner will be a celebration of the Gregory family hosted by Tom, Dean, Vickie & Terry Gregory, honoring their parents Ted and Matula, as well as the Montgomery Inn’s 62 years in business.

Cincinnati State Chef-in-Residence Jean-Robert de Cavel will be preparing Greek cuisine for the event.  All proceeds from the event will benefit scholarships at Cincinnati State. Tickets are $175 per person.
