Book unveils history of Immaculata

CINCINNATI (FOX19) -  It's an iconic Cincinnati location, and one of Mt. Adams' most prominent landmarks. It’s the home to a couple of the city's longest-running traditions, and it's even the centerpiece of the photo at the top of mtadams.fox19.com.

Now it's the subject of a book.  Immaculata on Mt. Adams: A 150 Year History, has just been released.

Author Jim Steiner, now a retired U.C. professor, joined the Holy-Cross-Immaculata Parish 11 years ago and volunteered to reorganize the parish's historical archieves. He found a rich collection of photos, diaries, newspaper articles, scrapbooks and church bulletins that led him to write the book.
