CINCINNATI, OH (3CDC Press release) - Mayor Mark Mallory was in Over-the-Rhine (OTR) this afternoon to cut the ribbon on the new $10.7 million, market-rate Parvis Lofts on Vine apartments; 32 units that features the highest quality finishes, preserved historic features such as Rookwood Tile fireplaces, courtyard grill and gathering center, adjacent secure parking, lobby electronic information center and free Cincinnati Bell fiber WiFi.
“The renaissance of Over-the-Rhine continues. By building apartments, we are giving new choices for people who are interested in being a part of the revitalization of this neighborhood,” Mayor Mallory said.
About 60 people were on hand for today’s ribbon cutting at Parvis lofts located in the 1400 block of Vine Street. Mayor Mallory was joined by members of the development and financing teams. The event also included tours of the studio, one, two and three bedroom units.
