While food trucks are popping up all over town on various street corners and at special events, festivals showcasing food trucks are still relatively new to Cincinnati.
Josh Cares was born out of the tragic loss of Josh Helfrich, who suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of a bicycling accident in 2004 at the age of ten. The Josh Cares vision is to ensure that no medically ill child feels alone and afraid while hospitalized.
